Family Tree Trunk is designed for private family use and intergenerational connection. We are committed to:

• Protecting children and minors from abuse, exploitation, and harm
• Preventing the creation, storage, sharing, or promotion of abusive content
• Complying with applicable child protection laws and platform requirements (including Google Play and Apple App Store policies)

2. Prohibited Content and Activities

The following content and behaviors are strictly prohibited on Family Tree Trunk:

a. Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation (CSAE)

• Any sexual content involving a minor
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including images, videos, audio, drawings, or text
• Grooming behavior, sexual solicitation, or inappropriate communication with minors
• Requests for sexual images, videos, or personal information from minors

b. Exploitation and Harmful Behavior

• Physical, emotional, or psychological abuse of a minor
• Trafficking, coercion, or exploitation of children
• Encouraging self-harm, abuse, or illegal activities involving minors

c. Harassment and Inappropriate Conduct

• Bullying, harassment, or intimidation of minors
• Hate speech or discriminatory behavior targeting children or families
• Sharing private or identifying information about minors without authorization

3. Age-Appropriate Use and Parental Responsibility

• Minors may only appear on Family Tree Trunk through profiles created and managed by parents, guardians, or authorized family administrators
• Parents or guardians are responsible for the content shared about minors
• Direct private messaging with minors may be restricted or monitored to prevent abuse

4. Prevention and Safety Measures

To help protect children, Family Tree Trunk implements the following safeguards:

• Strict content moderation policies
• Reporting and blocking tools for inappropriate behavior
• Role-based permissions to control who can view, upload, or interact with content
• Secure, private family-only access (no public discovery)

5. Reporting CSAE and Safety Concerns

We encourage users to report any suspected violations immediately.

• Suspend or permanently terminate the offending account
• Preserve evidence as required by law
• Report confirmed cases to relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or local law enforcement, where legally required

Family Tree Trunk cooperates fully with law enforcement and child protection agencies.

7. Data Protection for Minors

• Information related to minors is treated with heightened sensitivity
• We do not sell, advertise, or monetize children's data
• Access to minor-related content is limited to authorized family members
